I have been a Lexus owner for over 10 years, bought my UX brand new in 2021, and my family (including my father) have also owned Lexus vehicles. Unfortunately, my experience with Sydney City Lexus Glebe Service Centre has completely eroded my trust in the brand. To be clear my issue is the service centre, its customer service, and dodgy practices rather than the car itself. I was on the hunt for a new car and came into Lexus where i was looked after by Hong. Although we ended up with a different car- Hong was brilliant and i want to recognise him for his efforts and kindness and especially his transparency when showing us the great cars on offer. He catered the experience to fit what we needed in a new car and took his time to make sure any questions we had were answered. I reccomend him to anyone looking for a new car !
