I highly commend Nagibi Ibrahim of the Service Department at the Sydney City Lexus, Glebe. She is great and extremely helpful getting the original parts, all the way from Japan, and dealing with my Insurance for the radiator repair of our UX hybrid. The service was performed with little delay once the part became available. Nagibi is extremely prompt in response to my queries. In my dealing with her I found her to be very patient, friendly and professional.

Such poor customer service at Lexus Glebe! We walked into Lexus Glebe in the afternoon of the 22nd of June 2025 only to have none of the available female and male sales reps want to serve us. They all stared and began talking Chinese to each other whilst they sat around a desk towards the centre of the showroom and only seemed interested in serving other Chinese customers.
