They completely took advantage of me, went here last week for a pink slip and a service and they rang me up saying the oil sensor needed to be done for it to pass rego, I ignorantly obliged and they charged me an extra $650. I recently got the car inspected and I was informed that the only reason for it not to pass is if it was throwing codes (my car was not throwing any codes at all). So in short they have completely done me, really frustrating but you live and you learn what can you do.
Charbel and his team at Sydney City Auto Care are absolute professionals, I engaged them for some expert advice and repairs for my recent VW Golf mechanical issue. Charbel carried out a comprehensive diagnosis, provided a super reasonable quote, and then his team repaired the issue efficiently within a short turnaround. Highly recommended.
