Absolutely appalling manners from the secretary i spoke to today. Totally unacceptable. This lady needs to be given a serious talk to about how rude she is to patients and their families. I think her name is Amber. Amber, I'd give you a 0 star if I could. Ps: this review is strictly for the person mentioned above not for doctor Natalie.
