Dr Saddi, words can’t describe how grateful we are for you. I had suspected my son had breathing issues since he was just 6 months old. We visited multiple emergency departments, a private ENT, a paediatrician, and several GPs in the last year —yet everyone dismissed our concerns, attributing it to daycare illnesses. I saw Dr Natalie Gentin back in November for my son's anpea issues and she was absolutely fabulous. We were having problems interpreting a sleep apnea report and Dr Natalie went above and beyond to help us out and also offered support to connect with the staff at Westmead Childrens Hospital so that my son could get the care he needed. I had looked at almost all the options available before deciding to drive about 40 kms to see her and was absolutely not disappointed. The reception staff was friendly as well. Absolutely appalling manners from the secretary i spoke to today. Totally unacceptable. This lady needs to be given a serious talk to about how rude she is to patients and their families. I think her name is Amber. Amber, I'd give you a 0 star if I could. Ps: this review is strictly for the person mentioned above not for doctor Natalie. She was fantastic with my son, my husband and myself. Thanks for reading Rosy
