So disappointed with Sydney emergency hospital. My kids was sick, need waiting doctor from 10:30 pm until 1 am no show up. So we decided to go home rather waiting the doctor. Nurse was telling us all the doctor ready in hospital but in fact none doctor.. hope government to manage this habib. I believe not only happened with us. It’s happened with another parents as well. Look your kids need the doctor but no any doctor.
We never had a bad experience here, we keep coming back for our son’s checkups, can’t say a bad thing about the staff or doctors.
One year later I still have horrors about this ED. If you possibly can, avoid this hospital and their ED. My son’s oxygen saturation was low due to a respiratory infection. He was less than one year old. They triaged him and connected him to the oxygen monitor and left us alone. No staff showed when the learn went off due to critically low oxygen for many minutes.
