Today my son was seen by Dr Feng Olivia, she is so kind, warm and caring. She listens to us and explains everything patiently. She is such a great doctor for kids! Thank you Dr Feng! Also the staff we met today l, they were also nice and approachable! Thank you all!

He was crying on his dad’s lap, and my heart broke hearing how distressed he was. The nurse was incredibly kind and gentle with them — truly compassionate.
