The doctor was very professional and courteous, very precise with his diagnose and suggestion. I had some miscommunication with the clinic before my visit, was claiming for a portion of refund but the clinic offered a full refund instead. The business do have customer’s interest at heart.

Called to get some information on the process and costs of a sleep test. Was told that there were too many potential treatments to give an idea of the costs - even a range would have been fine. Was then told that there are very few doctors who treat sleep properly, felt a bit coerced. Not a very trust worthy experience.

Before attending Smile Concepts I had been experiencing TMJ related pain on and off for years. I previously sought help from physios, dentists, different doctors and had trialled a range of medications. It had gotten to the point where I was in almost constant pain and relying on nurofen and panadol daily to get me through.
