Place is very clean, staff are friendly. Sydney Central Inn is very quiet, I never had to wait to use the bathrooms or showers. Location is a 5min walk from Sydney Central Station. Place is also very safe as the door is locked 24/7 and can only be accessed by keycard that you obtain upon check in.

This place is the worst place I have ever booked. We were given our room keys and the room had not been cleaned. The bed linen had not been washed, dirty towels in our room. Rubbish still in the rubbish bins. They apologized and then gave us another room where the windows do not lock, dirty carpet and asked for our money back. They agreed, however have never paid.
