Pretty good location in Haymarket just off Chinatown and pretty central. Service wise it was good and efficient. Front desk, restaurant for breakfast was pretty decent and the housekeeping was on point. Just that room floors are showing their age and the carpet on the room wing floors smell a bit musky. The rooms itself is pretty big and the beds are really soft and quite large. The rooms itself is showing is ok but the bathroom is showing its age as well. For a business trip kind of hotel this definitely ✅ the boxes.
Great stay at Sydney Central Hotel! The location near Central Station is so convenient. My room was clean and comfortable, and special thanks to David at reception for his excellent customer service. He was friendly, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. Thank you!
The staff is rude when checking in, didn’t let us go to the room because he needed confirmation of the booking from my family that arrived 2 days earlier… very weird system they have, 2 days we did not have room service they come only at the end of the day when everyone is in their room, room service is a DESASTER we waited 30 minutes for a menus because there is not Qr code in the room… don’t waist your money in this fake 4 star hotel.
