I am a previous patient. I recommend to find another cardiologist and do not use this practice. Unfriendly manner, lack of care for patient questions and requests.
Im extremely dissatisfied with the front desk service. The receptionist who answered the phone exhibited a rude attitude and showed clear impatience, which is not only disappointing but also negatively impacts my trust. I hope the clinic can take patient needs seriously and improve the front desk service.
Quite surprised with the negative reviews! Returned to see Dr Wong for a check-up and he has been very thorough in addressing my symptoms each time. I now have stents in my heart and leg which are prolonging my life due to Dr Wong's professional attention!
