Professional outfit. Quoted me a price over the phone and stuck to it - even though the car was in pretty poor condition when they came to collect. Arrived on time, told me exactly what to do with the Notice of Disposal and old plates. Received the text showing the transfer had been made before i walked back in the house. Thanks.
Stay away from this business. Firstly the person who answered the phone was rude and offered my $200 for my car ? what a joke. They advertise that they can pay top dollars but in reality that's not the case. I told them that my car is a very good shape and you can sell a door for $$ and this person on the phone was aggressive and would not offer anything above $200. All my reviews are honest
We had a great experience. Driver arrived within alllcated half hour time slot and was super friendly and organised. Payment went into our account straight away. We’d previously had issues with other companies not showing up so to have such great service from the driver, Paul, was really great. 5 stars!!
