If I could give no stars, I would. This is specifically for the male in customer service, unfortunately I could not retrieve his name before he abruptly hung up on me. I called to ask for availability and he immediately stated there isn’t enough options & I should check airbnb. (He didn’t even check!) I asked again - “are you sure there isn’t any availability AT ALL?” as it is rare to be absolutely booked out and I only asked for a room for 2 people. I stayed for several months in an apartment in the residence. My stay was perfect from start to finish. The apartment is perfectly well equipped, spacious and clean. The hosts are very attentive and have always responded positively to all our requests. A big thanks to them for this welcome which allowed us to spend a wonderful stay in Sydney. We recommend this place with our eyes closed at all levels!
