Unfortunately, our experience at the San Hospital Emergency Department was extremely disappointing. Despite having a dislocated arm and being in severe pain, we were left waiting for more than 4 hours without any proper attention or updates. The staff were rude and unresponsive, refusing to answer even basic questions. Their attitude felt unprofessional and dismissive, which only added to our stress and discomfort during an already painful situation. Very disappointing experience at the Emergency Department. Despite a serious shoulder injury, the waiting time was extremely long and the level of support provided was far below expectations. Staff communication was minimal and the overall service felt unorganised and not patient-focused. Definitely not the standard of care you expect from a major private hospital.
