I used to love working with these guys. I've bought a gator, a tractor, 3 lawnmowers and numerous other implements from this location over the years. These guys WERE great. In the past few months the service has deteriorated to nothing short of unacceptable. Today was the last straw, after charing $2k (They said it would be $1500 - plus they charged me $59 to use a credit card!) to fix the transmission on my 2 year old gator (next time I'll buy a Kybota), and telling me that a front tire I said had a slow leak was just fine,... read more
It's almost 2026 and this place is still charging its customers a 3.25% +.30 merchant transaction fee like a bodega in a shady neighborhood. Your products are already twice the price one could source from offline, surly your profit margins can correct for a merchant fee. Or just use one of the 1000's of other processing systems that have a lower overall operating cost. Lack of effort on the bussiness who just passes the fees onto the customer.
