Dan the parts guy was great We didn't have serial numbers or anything for the gator that we were trying to get parts for But he was able to find Everything we needed. Definitely, we'll be back.
Bought property and needing a small tractor. Walked in the dealership and at first no one even acknowledged we were in there. Finally an employee named Dan did ask if we needed help. He was not a sales person and did his best to answer questions. He went looking for a salesman but no one ever came out. If sales is that bad then service must be even worse. Taking my money somewhere else.

The service team is wonderful and has taken EXCELLENT care of my tractor, recalls and general service. I won't go anywhere else for JD! Thank you for making it soo easy!
