Warranty Repair I purchased n S-170 lawn tractor and found a manufacturer defect upon delivery. John Deere referred me to the St Charles S/N location for repairs. The entire experience was professionally handled from start to finish, making the situation incredibly easy to manage. The needed work was completed quickly and the properly repaired machine was returned much sooner than anticipated. The staff and crew at this location are absolutely top notch, I definitely recommend and plan on using them again in the future!
They helped me with my issue on my john deere riding mower in minutes. Didn't even have to leave it. Great place.
Took them two months to look at our lawn mower. When they finally said they were done my husband took it all the way back home to find that none of the work had been done. We brought it back and they did complete in a timely manner after basically calling everyday to make sure the mower was being worked on.
