Took them two months to look at our lawn mower. When they finally said they were done my husband took it all the way back home to find that none of the work had been done. We brought it back and they did complete in a timely manner after basically calling everyday to make sure the mower was being worked on.
It is nice having this service center so close to me. Sam and Larry are always excellent at printing out a diagram so I can point at the part that I need.
Great service
Dan the parts guy was great We didn't have serial numbers or anything for the gator that we were trying to get parts for But he was able to find Everything we needed. Definitely, we'll be back.
