I have never experienced customer service like this before. I was all set to receive my tractor, when Steven called to let me know there was an issue with the fuel gauge. What would have been a nightmare warranty issue, wound up being a one week delay while a wiring harness was replaced. Steven wanted to make sure the tractor was delivered in working order, and not put the burden on me to fix it down the line. In this day and age, you don't find customer service like this anymore. They picked up my mower and promised a repair estimate in 3 days. I called after 5 days and was told it would be several weeks before they looked at it. Service department was very rude. Updating to 3 stars from 2 based on meaningful follow up from the service department manager. Will post updates as the estimate and repair continue. Updating to 5 stars.
