Worse service, I was going to buy a tractor, a side by side, and a zero turn lawnmower.. your loss.
Great customer service. Homeowner with the D130. I purchased a new belt for the blades, oil change kit and springs for the grass chute. I could not figure out how to get the tension on the springs. Went back out to SN Partners and Larry solved the problem. Great job Larry. That is what customer service is all about. He just made a permanent customer.
Order part online . Went to pick up part. Was told someone else picked it up for me. I questioned who and why. It was last part in stock. I believe a loyal customer needed it and it went. No part for me. Old guy was very rude and disrespectful! He knows what he done! Horrible place
