Brought a riding mower in for the basic service. Left specific instructions to call me if it was going to be anymore then said price. Get my bill and it was 5 times over the amount said and in the 4 figure range which wasn’t approved. Most expensive oil change ever. After arguing with the service department was told I could never come back. Still waiting for a bill that was agreed upon price after phone call for them to make it right. Never been treated this way for service.
