Bought 2 mid size tractors here in the last year. Both have been back for service multiple times. I was also overcharged on the first 2 since I have made quite a few payments and the balance is higher now than I am quoted for a new one. The emissions system is garbage and has tons of problems. Lots of new tractors dont have the same DPF junk exhaust system. Buy a Mahindra instead or you'll be sorry. My lawn tractor needed servicing and engine maintenance. Pam in service and the service team did an outstanding job getting it back in service. Pam kept me informed of its status, did a great job getting warranty coverage for the repairs and delivered it to my house after the repairs and servicing were completed. The driver was super nice. Thanks for great customer service. Highly recommended!
