Drove 2 hours to buy a part I'm back home only to find out if I change that part I had to change another one also that they did not notify me about they said it was the salesman's mistake and then it was highlighted in red and he forgot to tell me this totally messed up the whole reason I drove 2 hours because I needed the part that day

If there was a no-star rating, I would choose it. My husband and I have been waiting for a part for our John Deere tractor for a month. They forgot to order it, then never let us know when it was in. Then they said it was at FedEx being shipped, and come to find out, they never shipped it. We have been having to pay someone else to feed our livestock round bales while we wait on the part we need to fix our tractor. We spoke to the manager and never resolved any issues. We won't use this store again.
