I was especially pleased with the assistance of Claire in the Service Dept. She kept me well apprised of the status of my multiple repairs as I inherited my father's old JD. Everyone involved was extremity kind and knowledgeable.
Jonathan in sales was phenomenal! He helped me find and build a 2025R! His level of service and ambition to make this all happen was outstanding! I highly recommend Jonathan and this store for all Sales and Repairs needed! We are forever loyal to the Dutzow Location! I want to also give a big Thank You to the Service Department for doing a wonderful job on my other tractor the X580! Clara in Service is very helpful and accommodating! I needed blades for my mower got them the next day no problem great place
Very friendly staff. They are very busy just before their closing time. They have most of the maintenance parts in stock.
Bought my X350 from ERB and they sold to someone else in Fenton all I know is that they don't sevice tractors anymore. Called around and in Steps Joe! Glad I found him and made the call. Service was 11-12 on a scale to 1-10 he went above and beyond to service the Tractor. It was Refreshing to see that kind of Dedication still exsist! Forever Grateful and Forever a customer.
