I had the Dutzow location pick up our mower which had been sitting in the garage for several years unused. They serviced it, replace a solenoid, some tubes on tires (which I did have to inflate so I could roll the mower out of the garage), drain the gas and refill it, then cleaned it up very nice for me before they returned it. Buyer Beware!!!! My parents went to this dealership trusting them. They were told they needed a new transmission on their riding lawn mower. When they returned home, they had it inspected. The serial number on the supposed new transmission had been torn/removed, and the scrape marking matching the other side were still in place. After further investigation the new John Deer transmission has a price online for half of what my elderly parents were charged for the part alone. Do not trust this business. Very helpful with my John Deere lawn mower purchase.
Was gonna purchase a tractor that was in rocheport. They were going to transfer it to Dutzow. After 2 weeks of waiting, they called me to let me know they shipped the tractor to someone else in Michigan but had another tractor I could buy for $4000 more. Classic bait and switch.
