I have tried calling the dutzow location for several days and keep getting a recording saying leave your name and detailed message and someone will get back to you in a bit I've not heard back from anyone in 3 days now so im gonna take my business else where guess they dont wanna sell me a new tractor
I read through the lengthy service invoice on my 36 year old John Deere 322 lawn tractor and was impressed at the great detailed documentation of the step by step work performed. As an Engineer, I appreciate thorough competent execution and reporting and was not disappointed. I sent the tractor in with a long list of refurbishment, repair, and maintenance requests. These guys are a Joke just like the Curryville location.
