Hats off to Dustin and the service crew at SNP Dutzow. My steering gear went out and they picked it up repaired and back to mowing in a week. Like new again! What surprised me was that they cleaned the tractor as well. Above and beyond customer service! Thanks SNP!
I have tried calling the dutzow location for several days and keep getting a recording saying leave your name and detailed message and someone will get back to you in a bit I've not heard back from anyone in 3 days now so im gonna take my business else where guess they dont wanna sell me a new tractor
I read through the lengthy service invoice on my 36 year old John Deere 322 lawn tractor and was impressed at the great detailed documentation of the step by step work performed. As an Engineer, I appreciate thorough competent execution and reporting and was not disappointed. I sent the tractor in with a long list of refurbishment, repair, and maintenance requests.
