The phone number redirected us to a vet somewhere else and we made an emergency appointment while in town thinking it was at the address listed, get there and the doors are locked and they’ve been closed for some time - missed our appointment in Chatham or wherever the phone redirected because we showed up in Wallaceburg after finding this place on Google with a Wallaceburg address and phone number.
We have been going to Dresden Veterinary Clinic for well over 14 years. Last week came the time put our beloved family dog down, and they told us they WOULD NOT get her into the office as they "didn't have time." Our dog was suffering, and we told them this - we just wanted her to be at peace. They didn't even try to move any appointments around, they were not sympathetic, very short with us and very unprofessional.
