Very nice community no parties barely any noise couple blocks from the beach. Very nice place to stay.
Great place to live. Long term tenants where everyone is friends and we all have a good time. Kids enjoy playing outside in the middle courtyard and in the park area with a tree house. Beautiful community garden area with an awesome painting on the wall. We do gather (pre-covid) on certain holidays so nobody needs to drink and drive. Pool, Spa and garages!!! Our Oasis in the Barrio
This place is the loudest place I have ever lived. Not because of the train right along it or the helicopters that patrol the beach but because one of the tenants runs a group fitness business out of her garage. For hours every day for more than a year I have listened to music, 3-2-1-GO, weights being thrown and different people coming and going at all hours of the day. I can’t say I live there, but I live next door. There are several kids in one upstairs apartment screeching at the top of their lungs all the time. They must not ever be supervised. I raised 5 kids, they weren’t perfect, but I can say I cared enough about my neighbors, to never let them be that out of control. In addition, there is one dog (possibly the same apartment) that barks like it’s being attacked. I’m surprised any of the tenants stay with the level of uncontrolled noise.
