This facility is beautiful! They care about their residents and the way their building looks! Recently remodeled rooms also! The team does a great job inside and out! Landscaping looks great also, inside and out would recommend here!
We toured the community and were treated with compassion, understanding, and the utmost respect. The residents were wonderfully taken care and the staff were very kind and generous with smiles. I was in awe for the thought that went into the dining made around the needs of the residents. Very helpful with answering questions and concerns.
Beware and do NOT be fooled by their initial kindness and concern for your “loved one”. It’s a smoke screen to lure you in! Little to NO communication regarding care after you’ve sign the contract and leave your loved one behind. My Aunt laid on the floor of her apartment bathroom this January for 15 minutes after a fall and then spent another 30 plus minutes crawling to her front door to reach up and open the entry door and lay there until two other residents walking by actually helped her. Beautiful facility, SUPER clean and elegant, and the best quality of care. Can provide assistance levels of all kinds for your loved one. It is an age in place facility so you never have to worry about moving your loved one if they decline. Plenty of activities and a lively community
