The leasing lady Samantha is an amazing woman we love how she respects her tendon and goes out of her way to make sure they're happy in their place they live I think personally she deserves a raise for her hard work she does
The staff is very professional and helpful. It's is a nice moble home park with lots of attractive features. It has several homes available for sale. It's location is ideal close some shopping and the hospital.

I have been here a short time but I find the park to be quiet and safe. Water has not been an issue and i did ny due diligence before moving in because of the reviews and the water company took a lot of responsibility which if people would do the work they may find out its not the community there are underlying issues. And the one time it was shut off due to a pipe being busted by plumbing contractor and I received a text message letting me know and giving an approximate time frame to turn on but with repairs no one can guar... read more
