Was told when moving in that my reasonable accommodation request to have the pet rent removed would take time. I first provided my prescription from my doctor on 1/27/25. I then provided it again on 4/18/25 because I was told by Samantha that the documentation was lost and they had new management. I also signed the reasonable accommodation form at this time. This mobile home hasn’t pay an invoice from February, I have been reaching out to some of the associate’s but nobody has contacted me. Poor management

The leasing lady Samantha is an amazing woman we love how she respects her tendon and goes out of her way to make sure they're happy in their place they live I think personally she deserves a raise for her hard work she does
