We were supposed to move into a home on May 23. We had already signed our lease and paid our deposit, so we were fully prepared to move in. However, the day before our scheduled move-in, we were informed that the property was not ready. We were given no timeline for when it would be ready, despite already having submitted notice at our previous home. This left us scrambling to find somewhere else to live at the last minute. RENTERS BEWARE. This place is the worst. They raise the rent $25 every year. If you stay here for 4-5 years you might as well rent a house. Water is always out for multiples hours at a time. Happened about twice a week for about 6months straight. I’ve also been moved out for over 6-7 months and have not received my deposit after being told we would get it back.
