Management! Wow! Seriously the best. I couldn't be happier they were and are super helpful and amazing. Seriously need a shout out. The community is quite and seems super friendly! A little loud during games seasons. But who can blame them when their favorite team is playing! If you are looking for a rental or a purchase your own home this it the way to go!
We were supposed to move into this property at the beginning of November. At the last minute, we received a call saying there was “some kind of issue” and that a heating part hadn’t arrived. Suddenly, we were told we couldn’t move in until it was fixed. This was after we had already paid our deposit and signed the lease. This place is an absolute joke. they steal deposits and never give you a home. stole my deposit and told me my house wasn’t going to be ready and didn’t even give us a time it would be ready. Came in multiple times to get deposit back and they used the excuse they didn’t know where the deposit was. They couldn’t even give me a corporate email or phone number to call. Absolute scammers. They are better places in Lawton to live than here that won’t steal your money. Management here is pocketing money!!!
This place is the absolute worst! I do not recommend! My sister and I were struggling really hard to find a place to live because our lease was ending in November 2025. So we find this place and Jacob shows us this double wide home that was brand new and never lived in. We immediately fell in love and he told us it would be move in ready the beginning of November.. we applied. Got approved and paid the deposit.
