I have lived here since 2020. I wa t to co me d Ken and the wo a I the office.I own myown ho e but they have bent over backwards to help me out. Myho e smelled like a sewer when I came home from a vacation on Dec. 5. When they it was discovered what the problem was they took care of it on the spot. Thank you so much for helping me out.
Been a resident less than a month, had issues with the current washer and dryer that came with the house. Submitted a work order request the day prior and Ken and his associate arrived the next day ready and available to replace both washer and dryer units. They were both highly professional and very accommodating. Great maintenance team!
If I could give zero stars I would, me and my wife lived there for 3 years, in that time we bought it to the attention of not 1 not 2 but 4 site manager to fix the floors that had rotted out and was sinking in, our ac unit went out and it would be 110 degrees outside side with no AC for hours, we had a major storm the damaged every roof in the park, the company they hired did not care about the fact people had small children or worked nights, they also jacked the prices up the cost of rent with no improvement of the park.
These homes are absolutely gorgeous! The customer service is outstanding the managers are extremely nice and so helpful. And anytime I run into an issue with anything they are on top of it and send someone immediately. Bobby from refurb/maintenance is AMAZING! He shows up fast never have to wait long and whatever the issue is he always comes through and is able to fix it! These guys are Awesome!
