We were supposed to move into a home on May 23. We had already signed our lease and paid our deposit, so we were fully prepared to move in. RENTERS BEWARE. This place is the worst. They raise the rent $25 every year. If you stay here for 4-5 years you might as well rent a house. Water is always out for multiples hours at a time. Happened about twice a week for about 6months straight. I’ve also been moved out for over 6-7 months and have not received my deposit after being told we would get it back. Management! Wow! Seriously the best. I couldn't be happier they were and are super helpful and amazing. Seriously need a shout out. The community is quite and seems super friendly! A little loud during games seasons. But who can blame them when their favorite team is playing! If you are looking for a rental or a purchase your own home this it the way to go!
We were supposed to move into this property at the beginning of November. At the last minute, we received a call saying there was “some kind of issue” and that a heating part hadn’t arrived. Suddenly, we were told we couldn’t move in until it was fixed. This was after we had already paid our deposit and signed the lease.
