I am having them come after me for moving before my lease was up. Claiming I owe over $3,000. The only reason I moved was because my refrigerator was not working so I couldn't properly purchase certain food, my doors were very hard to open and close, my glass screen door shattered during an extremely windy day and they left the glass around and under the deck for 2 months (wasnt able to clean it myself due to the deck needing to me moved to properly do it), and any time I called the office, it was either no one would pick up... read more
Was told when moving in that my reasonable accommodation request to have the pet rent removed would take time. I first provided my prescription from my doctor on 1/27/25. I then provided it again on 4/18/25 because I was told by Samantha that the documentation was lost and they had new management. I also signed the reasonable accommodation form at this time. Excellent amazing nice and make sure if we have any issues it is fixed quickly.
This mobile home hasn’t pay an invoice from February, I have been reaching out to some of the associate’s but nobody has contacted me. Poor management
