I have been living here for almost 2 years and I have got to say this is the most safe and secure MHP that I've ever been in. My neighbors are awesome and Kathy the office manager is awesome. She always sees that we have everything we need and if something messes up she's on top of it really quickly. I am happy that I chose to move to this community cause it has been a very great experience and I don't plan on going anywhere any time soon.
For the last 8 years my daughter and I lived here. We had no problems. The neighbors were good, management was great, the community is clean. They addressed any repairs I needed in a timely manor.
I was blessed to live here for 4 years with my 3 kids!!! I NEVER had any issues with maintenance or neighbors, the little community we have here is beautiful! The property manager is ALWAYS there for her residents. The properties are well maintained. The grounds are always clean. The park does NOT increase rent at an absurd amount. I would still be a residents today had I not bought a house. Thank you sycamore springs for the safety you gave my tiny family!
I had an appointment 4/16/26 to tour a trailer with Kathy at 2pm. When arriving I couldn’t get ahold of Kathy, I noticed in the driveway there want another couple waiting I asked if the lady was Kathy and she said no we have been trying to get ahold of her for over a hour for their tour. I’m upset that I took time out of my busy schedule and got stood up by Kathy, if she had an emergency or needed to reschedule she could’ve called me and worked something out.
Kathy, the Park manager is so sweet, kind, funny, and very caring to the community. We have been living here for a year now. She is doing such an amazing job! I love how theyre fixing up the streets! I love how the community pulls together too if someone needs something! This community has been pulling together it has been cleaned up nicely! I can't say enough nice things about Kathy.
