I’m sad to say that my children had came to this dentist for quite some time and I never had a billing or service issue EVER and now I’m having to find a new dentist because of a billing error the staff made and was told I had to pay over a balance of $180 because my other sons insurance wasn’t in range with them after the staff verified my sons insurance and cleared for him to go months ago! My boys had their first appointment with Dr. Ahmad Alnuaimy and I’m really impressed! The office was clean and welcoming, the front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and the entire dental team made us feel comfortable right away. The dentist and hygienist took time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. I left feeling well taken care of and confident about my boys dental health plan. So glad I found this place—highly recommend!
We still use this practice after moving to Dallas and driving an hour each way. My daughter has been coming here since 1 year old. We’ve tried other places and they never compare. We will continue coming here no matter where we live. The dentists are always very thorough, detailed and informative. They will listen to your concerns and answer any questions you have.
