The place is really nice and the 3 bedrooms are really affordable. The lady’s in the office are nice and gave me a lot of information when I came in yesterday.
So I called and asked about my application today and was really polite went out of my way to make sure I was asking Dani how her day was and she was short I asked if there was a answer back about my application no we haven't heard back I asked when we might here back well today or tomorrow and I said thank you ma'am God bye and she just hung up the phone on me after being rude to me!! The staff was really nice and polite and helpful up until after I got all the paperwork finished and I thought I was approved and getting the apartment!! Then there's a 2nd part and signing the application well they didn't inform me that I WAS NOT APPROVED YET... SO I CALL FRIDAY AND THEN THEY WERE A LITTLE SNAPPY WITH ME SO I WAS TOLD TO CHECK BACK MONDAY NOW IT'S MONDAY I CALLED ONCE THIS MORNING TO INFORM THE STAFF OF MY PHONE NUMBER CHANGE AND TO FIND OUT IF I WAS APPROVED HERE WE GO WITH SOME RUDENESS SO I WAITED TILL A... read more
