My experience with Kunes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Sycamore was absolutely terrible. I originally scheduled an appointment with Brendan for yesterday, expecting a professional and straightforward car-buying experience. Instead, I showed up to the dealership and ended up dealing with a salesperson who kept me there, acted as though he had already spoken with me, and proceeded to tell me that the vehicle I was interested in was unavailable to me.
