Ms Lisa that does cleaning is awesome. We could not make it without Tarsha Watkins. She is the business manager, but makes sure that all the residents are taken good care of. She is the most friendly person. She can do anything. Blessed to have her. The nurse on Sunday Shannon makes sure the residents are happy. Kim that works every other weekend for activities is above and beyond the call of duty. The kitchen manager has some great food for the residents. Staff very friendly, chef with varied menu, activities very diversified. The process with business manager was very pleasant & helpful.

Sycamore Place was and is the "right place" at the "right time" for my Mom. She is now 89 and had been in a memory care facility in AR for a couple years, however, the disease and her condition were deteriorating. She needed a higher level of care than than that facility could offer. After looking at many facility alternatives in AR and TN we selected Sycamore Place. The STAFF is GREAT, Mom's care is excellent and she seems to enjoy the facilities and interaction with others. Covid has NOT been a major problem for the reside... read more
