Recently bought a used bike through Sycamore. Great service from sales through to service. Friendly, could not do enough for me. Will definitely be back.
Just wow! How these guys have any customers is beyond me, shocking service. Booked in for 6k service, no email or txt confirming or reminders. Day of service, standing around waiting to be served, one guy just staring at his screen the other one more worried about rolling his fag no acknowledgement. No updates as they promised, down to me to follow up calls, same thing on day 2 after they promised to call back. Worst place to buy an motorcycle.The sell me a bike with 24 months Warranty(european they say) and when i go with the bike with problems already(after 150km driving) and wasn’t european the warranty.So i was buying a broken bike,no warranty and they don’t want to pay to fix the bike.The guilty:JOE
Five star guys. Helpful and friendly staff helped me out with my Yamaha XJR1300 when it wouldn't start after stopping for fuel at the Esso station next door to them in Witham. I've never been a customer so I was a total stranger to them walking in with a problem that had nothing to do with them, but they were quick to offer help (and a free coffee) and get my bike back up a running again (without charge). Massive thanks to them and they'll be my first port of call if/when I'm looking to change my bike.
