I had just bought a used BMW GS ( not from Sycamore) and realised the touratech luggage was missing it's locks. I emailed Sycamore and received a reply the same day. Jon in parts informed me of the items I would need. I replied and asked Jon to place the order. The parts arrived the following day and are now fitted to the bike. What a result. Not impressed to be honest was not the most welcoming place to enter I think I was thought of as a possible time waster but I eventually felt like I wanted to sit and try a used bike they had in stock we got it out to try was left to look etc but really got the impression that I was just tyre kicking about a week later I phoned to get a p.x value for 2 bikes I wanted to trade in for a used k1600gt they had in stock I sent about 50 photos over was told that they would look and get back to me well that never happened 3 weeks a... read more
Picked up my brand new Bmw s1000RR today from Joshua at Bmw. Came in a few weeks ago to look at part exchanging for a used one but he showed me the options I had how a new one was not as expensive as I thought. He provided me with great explanations of everything and kept in touch with me through the entire process up to delivery, and we even had a In depth hand over going over the set up of the bike. Will happily do business with Joshua again
