Friendly, professional salesman. Comprehensive selection of BMW motorcycles including several demonstrators. I was looking to replace my ageing triumph tiger and test rode the very powerful very fast uncomfortable and hugely dissapointing XR 1000.
Thank you for a top level customer service experience. I bought a bike from Sycamore Royal Enfield and sadly it had some sort of fault with the gearbox from new (RE issue not dealer issue). I was referred to Dan the sales manager who properly listened and chatted with me on several occasions to try and find a solution. Had my yearly service carried out at Sycamores Peterborough today and initially forgot to mention a small bolt on the screen that had worked itself loose and dropped out on a recent tour of the Alps. When I did remember to say I was told the technician had spotted it and replaced it for me already! Great service and attention to detail 5!
