Worst customer service I've experienced,,I'd rather go to the end of the Country to purchase a bike than here
10 stars needed Hats off to Josh at Sycamore. After my local dealership struggled to find me a bike with my spec. Josh stepped in and gave me a deal I simply couldn’t turn down. Great communication and helpful through to the end. Thanks for all the help Josh and look forward to delivery day on Wednesday.
Sales amazing but service centre absolute shambles haven’t got a clue extortionate prices compared to other Motorrad centres the lady and supervisor I spoke to just now 1:37pm on 12th July very rude arrogant and bossy and shouldn’t be behind the a service phone line as it doesn’t suit bmw at all very disappointed isn’t the word
Great trio of manufacturers bikes and second hand too. Lovely staff, that are very knowledgeable but not at all pushy and in your face. Top biker destination
