A couple of months ago we made an appointment with Ramona at Sycamore Monuments to discuss options for a stone for my husband and I to be placed at Fairview Cemetery. We knew what we wanted but didn't know if it was feasible since it had to be a "flat" stone. We were not disappointed! My husband will not be placed at the cemetery, but the stone will be there for our family to visit in "memory of" should they desire. Ramona and the folks at Sycamore Monument were so helpful in planning the marker for my husband. Follow though and final product, billing everything was handled very thoroughly.
I don't know what the other people with bad reviews are talking about. I am pretty impatient and demand a lot from customer service. Evelyn was helpful and knowledgeable. If this is the service you need. If this is the area your in need of assistance, you could only do worse going elsewhere.
