The receptionist Cassy is extremely rude. January 21st at 12:35pm I called their office. I moved recently. I was given information from my provider about a prior authorization form that could be submitted, so I could be seen despite being out of network. I was not angry when she told me this was not true, just confused, a little sad even. I wanted to ask clarifying questions so I could stop calling around.
