Very poor service and communication. We paid for a medal in November 2024, was told then it would be a couple weeks. We have tried to call the shop numerous times, but no one answers, and there is no way to leave a message. Now, Feb 28, 2025, still no medal and no call back.
This place has an amazing collection of coins, antiques, and much more. The gentleman was very polite, and he is extremely knowledgeable.
The owner is so sweet!
I have been doing business here for years. Mario is always very friendly, honest & knowledgeable. He’s been a fantastic & reliably fair person to do business with. He’s always been well supplied even when there’s been turbulent markets and/or unusual supply-side issues. Despite even those pressures, Mario has always been more than fair with the going market “premium pricing” rates on precious metals/bullion. I’d argue he has the best pricing around IMO.
