Polite friendly staff. It was an open day, so cakes available at £1 each. Tea van just outside. We were able to sit outside between showers. Lovely end to our afternoon.

Dealt with Chris over the phone great bloke really helpful and easy to deal with. Great customer service from start to finish made everything run smoothly. Delivery driver who dropped off the bike was really nice guy aswell. Really happy with the Pan America thanks again fellas
5.9.2025 Rode 1.2hrs over to Sycamore HD, i have been here before for an update and service was ok. Today was one of the worst experiences i have had. I was planning on booking my Street Glide CVO in for a service as my other dealer has shut down. The Lady on service Reception was not welcoming. Upon arrival in Service dept i asked if someone could top up the air in my front tyre as warning light came on, on my way over.
