Apartment was not clean when I moved in, but they had someone come out to clean it. Maintenance has been a bit slow, but overall its been nice.

Lauren was a fantastic tour guide during our time at Redwood! So informative and not pushy whatsoever. I highly recommend touring this facility if you are in the market for a new place to live. A cozy feeling community that feels private and comfortable. The grounds are very well maintained.
