West come on Saturday to fix heat he worked so hard and replaced a couple things. He came back on Sunday to finish and make sure the heat was still working. He even went and bought a heater in case it went out. Very kind and professional. I am not sure of the name spelling, but he came on Tuesday to check the heat and was very nice, knowledgeable, explained things well. I enjoy his presence when he comes
