I have to give you 5 BIG stars! My mother is having such fun at Sycamore Glen. You have transformed her bland routine living into an event filled life full of activities, new friends, and fun. I use to talk to my mom once or twice a week... now she is so busy she doesn't have time to talk... LOL While I have never visited Sycamore I know my mom is happy, has new friends, and a pet squirrel she feeds daily. Thank you Sycamore Glenn.
Took my mom on a tour yesterday, never felt so welcome from management to staff and the residents were delightful. Mom Signed on the dotted line and will be moving in next month. Thanks Stephanie and Marie for your generous help and kindness. Cathy G.
I cannot say enough positive things about Sycamore Glen and the amazing staff. They have been incredibly supportive and patient as my father worked through his decision to relocate from San Diego to Chico to be closer to family. It took almost 2 years and over the entire time Barbara and Stephanie were nothing but kind, compassionate, patient and supportive! I worked here long ago.. I have always felt my life was a sad story loaded with struggles and mental illness.. But when I look back on my life and remember the elderly whom I served daily I get a feeling of love. I get a feeling of satisfaction. I love them dearly, they are like grandparents to me. I am thankful for Sycamore Glen.. It is a chapter in my life to which I have many great life experiences from.. experiences I would not trade for anything. Thank you Sycamore Glen, thank you residents.
My husband and I just celebrated mothers day at the Sycamore Glen brunch with my mother-in-law. I have to say I was very, very impressed by the atmosphere and the festive way Sycamore put the brunch on. The food was amazing, the staff were personable, efficient, and on top of everything. Loved the decorations, very creative. Thank you Sycamore Glen.
