My aunt has been in sycamore estates for 3 years . It’s a recently updated facility in a quiet neighborhood near Kenny wood . The residents appear to be very happy , the place is clean and the food is great . The staff and owners care about their residents. My aunt receives good quality care and there is always plenty of staff . Sycamore is also reasonably priced .
Bernie and Carol, the owner and his sidekick, are thieves. They stole from my grandmother's account the day after she died. I called to talk to him about it and he hung the phone up and told me to try to do whatever. DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY THERE. THQT MAN IS A SCAM ARTIST.
I am in and out of a lot of facilities for my job. I was last in Sycamore Estate 15+ years ago. While the owners and administrator were wonderful… the building really needed some TLC. I was in complete SHOCK when I walked in there for the first time in 15 years! I was so happy to see the owner AND the Administrator Carol (who has been there forever!)
