We were gifted a stay and we loved it. We stayed in the Oregon trail wagon. The beds were very comfortable, wagon came a with a few necessities, our son loved the bunk bed. We had one rainy afternoon during our stay but it was no problem. We spent the afternoon playing pickle ball and other games in the covered gathering area. We enjoyed visiting the animals, picking up fresh eggs from the chicken coup, and exploring the property. One of the staff members took the time out to show us around the place. Great stay. This place is Amazingly Beautiful! It is so peaceful! We brought our family for some much needed alone time. The minute we got here the kids immediately started playing cornball and riding bikes. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and our time together as a family. We walked the trails, had a fun scavenger hunt to go on, with a fun surprise at the end! Sycamore Creek is an absolute GEM! We stayed 2 nights here this fall with our 3 kiddos in one of the covered wagons and had the absolute BEST time. The wagons are darling, and have all the comforts of home (smores kit, coffee maker, heat/AC, full bathroom). The owners truly thought of everything you need to make this place feel like home. They have a huge outdoor kitchen that is stocked with so much, even the stuff you need to start a fire! All you have to bring is your food. The amenities are what sets this place apart. This is one of the prettiest venues I’ve been too. The location, the rooms, everything here is beautiful. I have never reviewed a place in my entire life but I think the service wise this is the worst place to go. If you want to have any sort of fun at a wedding, talking to the young wild ones. Do not go here! The rules limit you and hold you back from having a “night you’ll never forget” the biggest problem I had being a groomsmen is that my things were scattered all over the floor when I came into the dressing room because... read more
