All in all, after the first year, I feel like Fischer Homes did an decent job in building us a house. Cheap parts and labor have surfaced with problems such as doors that don't close properly, and cabinets that are already chipping. However, they did an abysmal job with the yard that has kind of left a bad taste in my mouth 🤷

All in all....it is evident that the home we own built by them, used low end construction/ amenities, and hardware. The windows are not good at keeping out sound or drafts and exterior walls may as well be cardboard thin. And this was one of the " better" builds on Sycamore Creek? Don't get me started on the way outdated roofing material.
