Let me save you some time if you are looking for a place here. These are nicer apartments for their age, even though my bedroom is half painted after the water-heaters blew up. The colors they recently chose to paint the apartments look absolutely terrible, everyone I've asked agrees- they looked great with the Subtle colors before and the tenants got no input.
