They be sending slips to collect rent that has been already paid like every month then they call and harrass you if you receive section 8 that they will take it away and so my aunty has anxiety shes lived here at this apt more then 10 years the manager likes to power trip there rent system sucks they take a while to deposit peoples rents so then they can throw late fees and also they never received it i saw what they do with checks or money orders in the mail they throw in a box and forget it til the one who is suppose to do... read more

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. They should be ashamed for treating their tenants this way!!! We call and call and never get through, leave messages and no response!!! From the sorry excuse of super that this “management” has, to the disgusting maintenance that they do not uphold. I pay rent on time, been living here for 20 years and have never gone through this problem ever’!!!!!
