Outstanding communication and service. Sybesma's repaired my Acurus integrated amplifier for a very reasonable fee. I drove two hours to drop off and then again, for pickup. Was worth it. Not incidently- all staff were wearing masks. Thanks to Stacy (office) and Mike (tech). Appreciate it! Mark.
My Aragon amplifier started making random crackling noises. Sybesma's has the schematics and parts for these, since they are an official repair facility for Aragon and other high-end brands. My amplifier came back very nicely packaged, not only "repaired", but refurbished to "like new" specs. I bought it used a long time ago, and it is smoother, punchier, more dynamic and detailed than I've ever heard it before. I highly recommend them.
AWFUL!!! NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!! I wouldn’t let them work on my $49 CD player! I sent them my high end amp, double bagged AND double boxed (which they could’ve reused, but didn’t) and it came back in 1 box, NO bag, and full of popcorn (thus, little bits of styrofoam got inside amp...which was actually a good thing because I found they hadn’t even cleaned the dust out, which I then did!) I own a 2002 BMW M Roadster and the auto-dimming mirror developed a slow leak of the electro-chromic fluid which created a bubble. A quick web search lead me to Symbesma. The service was quick, inexpensive, and very responsive. I had my mirror fixed in under a week and it works perfectly. A couple of things I should mention: 1) if your mirror starts to fail, removed it immediately as the fluid can corrode your dash plastics.
