First, I will admit that the massage was excellent. I was very pleased all the way up to the time that I needed to pay. At that point, I was harassed about the amount of my tip. I attempted to leave $20 (18%) at which time I was told that amount was too low. I asked what was suggested and was responded to with a shrug. The area where my head was resting smelled like straight bleach, tried explaining that to her and she didn’t understand so I just had to lay my head outside which wasn’t all that comfortable. To make matters worse I still left her a $5 tip and she starts laughing/and says “that’s it?” In a super condescending way. I asked how much is an appropriate tip and she said $20, which is insane for what I was paying/the experience I got. Never going here again.
