Dr. Couch and the team at SWVA Primary Care are top notch. Quick appointments, personalized care, simple scheduling, easy and affordable billing. This is the way I imagine healthcare was before it became a corporatized industry. It's very refreshing.
I really love my doctor and his team. I can text or call and they get right back with me about any concerns I may need help with , he doesn’t push me ( like the salespeople doctors through ballad etc.you know how they want specialist and tests done. Cash spent). to have these useless money wasting tests performed if not needed. I have saved so much money since I e been here with them. Dr Couch is great.
I truly believe that Dr. Couch saved my 11 y/o daughter's life. At a well check, he noticed something that was somewhat unusual, but not super concerning. We agreed to just check in at the next appointment, which is typical protocol. A few days later he contacted me and said he was thinking about it and would recommend a test.
