I've been to a few Sweathouz in 5 different cities while working in the US. All of them had awesome atmosphere and friendly staff, but this one here stood out. The staff genuinely cared that you're making the most out of your session. She even let me use the room a little longer than 60mins when I arrived there earlier than the planned. Definitely come back if I ever come back to Dallas!
Decent facility, but I would STRONGLY CAUTION against getting a membership here. Multiple people have had the same problems as I describe below... So it seems to be a trend. I’ve now called approximately 8 times trying to get my refund. After finally speaking with the store manager, I was told she would investigate and my refund should arrive within a couple of hours.... read more
