Buyer Beware I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with SWS Trailers. Their warranty and customer service are very poor, and they do not stand behind their product. After only about 5,000 km of use, I had to get the axles realigned and replace two tires — something that should never happen on a new trailer. When I brought this to their Roy’s attention, instead of taking responsibility or helping resolve the issue, he pushed all the blame back onto me. Avoid SWS trailers at all cost. They do not stand behind there product they sell or the customer that is buying from them. I purchased a 16’ triaxle dump trailer from them and with in 2 months of ownership and less than 1500km a wheel bearing went and the wheel fell off on the rear axle. After dropping off the trailer and dealing with the service side for warranty work on a brand new trailer I was met with very Rude and Snarky comments. I've been dealing with Dustin and Roy for several years and they have always been fully transparent and knowledgeable of the products they sell. Keep up the great work guys!
Repeat customer - I have nothing but good to say about this business. I have always found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are the best around, no shopping needed; worth the drive from the city. (Honestly, it's the same as driving through the city to Leduc or similar) Staff have always been up front about what the price includes, and clear on deposits and payment formats accepted.
