After dealing with Mackenzie, I feel as though SWS is willing to help all customers with Axis or Malibu boats. I appreciate that she went out of her way, to deal with an electrical issue I am having with 3 Axis boats. Thankyou Mackenzie, I look forward to hearing back from you, and or your team.
It’s our first experience with SWS and they were exceptional!!!! Jake and the management team are VERY knowledgable about all the details of the malibu VTX. Professional, personable amazing team. Customer service was above and beyond anything we have experienced. Jake is available 24/7 for any boat questions and trouble shooting as it’s our first malibu. Highly recommend them!!!!
A1 service! I ordered a part and had it within days. Not being from Kelowna they even shipped it with the Courier of my choice. Can't say enough good things about Mackenzie and the staff! Bravo!!!
Dan in the parts department is the man
