A fantastic group of individuals to work with. Nolan in Calgary, Jake, Sean and Mackenzie in Kelowna, everyone was so accommodating, understanding, along with communicating very effectively through the purchasing and post purchasing process. A newer however, low hour, used Response TXI MO is extremely difficult to find anywhere in North America, one arrived in Calgary. Big thank you to Mackenzie for taking such great care of my boat again this year. This is my second season having my Malibu MXZ serviced here, and Mackenzie has been incredible, always going above and beyond to help with my warranty and making sure everything is taken care of properly. They truly go the extra mile. Highly recommend!!
ONE STAR. TERRIBLE SERVICE. We paid 4,600 dollars for full service and summerization at SWS Kelowna in May and got the opposite of peace of mind. After their work, we had three to four near sinking incidents. After a near death scare in the middle of the lake, a technician came around 6 pm and guaranteed the boat was safe for the next day. Super impressed with staff and service at SWS Marine. Honest, efficient and no upselling at all. I will always recommend and use these folks. Don't find this kind of service very many places anymore. So impressed.
I contacted these guys to discuss the possibility of them installing a SideShift bow thruster to my boat. Al was so pleasant and helpful in discussing the details of how it could all come together. He introduced me to Dave, the tech who would install everything. He was so knowledgeable and took time out of his busy day for me. He listened to all my queries and had practical answers to them all.
