After waiting weeks with no call back, I decided to physically go into the store to get Parts for my Malibu Boat. It was disappointing and a joke that these guys are the Malibu Dealer for the Okanagan. They have no one in Parts that's knowledgeable to help you at all. It just looks like High School students hanging out & running the place. It was so unprofessional. I Highly recommend going somewhere else for Parts and Service.
We just had our Malibu Wakesetter VLX serviced at SWS in Kelowna and had a great experience! Lana in the service department was excellent. She made us feel like she was taking care of our boat as if it were her own. A big thank you to Lana and the team at SWS!
Traded for a Barletta pontoon boat yesterday. It’s the nicest pontoon boat we have ever seen. Exceptional quality all around. The dog friendly features are the best. Sean Newby deserves 10 stars for his level of service. Not only did we get a very fair deal, Sean went out of his way as well. We are extremely happy!!
