Courteous and reasonable cost.
Had a laptop with a singular key that had popped out, all I wanted was this one key replaced/fixed. Multiple weeks trying multiple solutions that all ended with them damaging the computer's hardware further, forcing me to have everything transferred to a much older and much much weaker computer just so I still had something. Then they tried to keep my old gear and tried to charge me for the transfer when I wanted to take it all back. Never take your equipment here for repairs
I used to use this store for parts and emergency gear when I was in charge of desktop at UMC (hospital close by) and they were great. Stepped by today for a SSD screw and the person working the desk gave me one gratis, very appreciative! Will use whenever I need something that they carry!
Needed a power cord for my hp printer and they had new and “used”ones for 1-5$. The used one I got looked brand new and works like a charm. Friendly and helpful people here.
An absolute treasure trove of computer parts and accessories! They didn't have my very specific, low demand part in stock, but made it easy to order, with a reasonable turn around time. They have excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff! You will be greeted at the door, but be prepared to wait for service, they are very busy, which is usually a sign of a good business.
