We had an excellent experience with SWR Drain Service Ltd. Nicole, the executive assistant, was incredibly prompt, friendly, and went out of her way to provide great customer service. Shawn and Sharma from the technical team came to service our drains today, and they did a fabulous job. They even noted roots in the sump and cleared everything thoroughly. When I reached out to a nice veteran plumber neighbor for a clogged kitchen drain issue, he recommended SWR Drain Service to me as he doesn’t do drain cleaning anymore. It turned out to be a difficult one as the section got badly clogged is located in a crawl space in the basement, it looks like the previous owner had never done any cleaning before, the clog was so bad that one of their managers even came to help when he happened to be in the neighborhood. Joe kubus the owner is very knowledgeable about drains and clearing drains, plus maintenance, he passes the knowledge to his crew so to have the same quality of work from all of them when they go on jobs , I know personally he also is there in Support for any worker he has issues at a job first maybe by phone but he does go to site if need be. I would recommend swr .
