We had Dave and his colleague out to come investigate our slowly draining tub. I have to admit I am truly impressed. The service I received was seamless from start to finish. The dispatch was very thorough and organized. They even called me the day of my appointment to let me know when the technicians would be on the way, which I appreciate. Dave was wonderful too. Very friendly and informative and was able to fix our drain quickly. I definitely recommend, 10/10!

The service men that came to our house to check out and clean our old Big O perimeter drainage system were very professional, personable and answered all our questions. I highly recommend SWR services.
I had a bad experience with this company, a complete fail in communication and now a fail with customer service. I called in to order a service and explained to the rep (Tanya) exactly what was the issue and what were the limits in my old house. She assured me that the crew can clean the drains. When the crew arrived on site, they had no information that I provided to Tanya, and explained it will be very hard to clean the drains with the limitations on site. We have a big disaster at our apartment complex the main water supply was burst, flooded the whole parking lot sand and water everywhere and of course we don’t have water. We called the city of Delta they come and close the water line the engineer said we will don’t get water at least 2 weeks because the repair very difficult. We have contract with SWR plumbing they come on site and quickly excavate the line and repair the water pipe in 3 days this guys is awesome!
