From the time I entered my information online I received a call from Trae Peters within 15 minutes or less. I explained our problem with our roof and we were needing a professional to go up on our roof to access if there was any damage etc and advise us as if there any recommendations that we needed to do. David Hall walked me through everything, price was right on. The crews did a quick and fast job. Clean up was excellent. Looks even better than i thought it would. We already referred then to a friend, and would definitely refer then to others.
I can’t say enough about this company. From start to finish, they were easy to work with, easy to get a hold of, and professional. Colin was great, he was so helpful in getting the ball rolling. It’s reassuring getting shown options and not having to deal with aggressive sales tactics. Once everything was decided Bruna took over and she was incredibly professional. Excellent work and customer service! Drew Roberts was knowledgeable, professional and proactive. He kept me informed on every step of the process. Replacing a roof is not what we ever want to do, however, if you have to use Swordsmen Roofing. I highly recommend it!
