Had a very large selection, staff was friendly and helpful
Ordered something I couldn't find in Europe. Shipping was really fast (delivery in one week) and product was of good quality.
The place might have good products but I guess the owner made the mistake of hiring people that doesn’t have enough knowledge to be at the front store. Besides they were white and all the employees in the warehouse just spoke Chinese so they could not communicate. I went to that store before and at that time the staff members had better sales skills. This time there were two staff members in the office. Last year I ordered the Handmade Japanese Shirasaya Samurai Katana Sword Sharp Black Lacquer Finish and this April 2024, I ordered the Musashi Handmade Shirasaya Tanto Samurai Short Sword Dragon Scab w/ Jade Tassel. Both very beautiful. The Tanto is a very beautiful red colour with a nice dragon. Both are sharp.
